Cortar las berenjenas y tomates en láminas de medio centímetro. A la berenjena se recomienda salarlas y dejarlas reposar para que despidan su líquido.
En una fuente para horno colocamos las láminas de berenjena, las laminas de tomate, unas hojitas de albahaca y el pollo macerado. Salpimentamos.
Por encima rayamos queso parmesano y mozarella. Condimentamos por ultimo con orégano seco y se lleva al horno a temperatura media durante 20 minutos.
