Ingredientes
- 1 Kg. de Tomates maduros
- 2 pimientos
- 2 dientes de ajo
- 50 grs. de pan remojado en agua
- 8 cucharadas de aceite
- 2 cucharadas de vinagre
- Sal a gusto

- Cortar en trozos los tomates y los pimientos previamente lavados, el pan remojado, el aceite, el vinagre, los dientes de ajo, la sal y un poco de agua. Triturar bien todo.
- Batir bien todo, agregarle un poco más de agua si fuese necesario y pasar por un colador.
- La consistencia es a gusto. Agregar agua hasta lograr la deseada y rectificar la sazón.
- Servir muy frio. Adornando con dados de pan, de tomate, de pimiento y de pepino si es de su gusto.
